Our seminar package includes:

Booking conditions

‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ Day of arrival
The seminar room and bedrooms are available from 2 pm, on the day of arrival.
On request, the seminar room can be used earlier. If you arrive after 5 pm, we would like to please you, to ring us on the arriving day.

‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ Day of departure
We request that bedrooms be vacated by 9.30 am on the day of departure . The seminar room may be used until 12 pm, or later by arrangement.

‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ Payment
We accept Postcard, Credit cards and Maestro/EC-direct or cash in Swiss francs or Euros (at the daily exchange rate) on the day of arrival.

‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ Cancellation conditions
We do not charge for cancellations received at least 30 days before the booked arrival date. For cancellations received later than this, for early departure, or for arrival on a date later than that booked, we do charge related costs, up to the level of the loss incurred. The compensation charge is 100% of the price of the accomodation, as booked and confirmed by us.
