Our prices include:
A weekend or several days for relaxing – at the Casa Santo Stefano you`ll have the possibility to „switch off“, enjoy and to „ give a gift“ to yourself.
Day of arrival
The bedrooms are available from 2 pm, on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 5 pm we would like you to please ring us on the arriving day n advance!
Day of departure
We request that bedrooms be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Groups and seminares by 9.30 am or to be agreed upon.
Payment
We prefer cash (Swiss francs or euros), Post Card or Maestro/EC-direct. We charge an extra fee for payments made with credit cards (2%). Euro prices will be calculated at the daily exchange rate.
Cancellation policy
We do not charge for cancellations received at least 30 days before the booked arrival date. For cancellations received later than this, for early departure, or for arrival on a date later than that booked, we do charge related costs, up to the level of the loss incurred. The compensation charge is 100% of the price of the accomodation, as booked and confirmed by us.
